Activated carbon filters

Activated carbon filters

Activated carbon is a form of carbon with a very large specific surface where many substances could get attached to. This makes activated carbon an ideal filter medium.

Activated carbon filters are used for the removal of odors, organic and inorganic gases. Activated carbon can be impregnated with some particular chemicals to improve the properties for certain applications. PCA can offer various activated carbon filters depending on the application, flow rate and concentration of the odorous or harmful substances.
